The Team
Sandi serves our clients and guides Your Right AZ Team utilizing her 20 years of real estate experience and drawing skills from her diverse background. Billingslea has a Master’s degree in social work bringing the valuable negotiating and facilitating skills to today’s complex and challenging real estate market. Billingslea led the University of Michigan’s development of a managed health care system, working with the Chairs of all the clinical departments as well as the medical center staff. In this role she worked with the ‘Big 10’ to rethink their core values on the implementation of integrated, proactive medical care – considered to be ahead of its time.
Sandi’s valuable experiences served her well in real estate performance, consistently closing 100 + transactions a year; training agents, managing brokerages and coaching on a national basis.
In 2010, she left real estate management to reenter the day to day hands on client consultation and representation. Why in such a troubled time? It is her first love.
Her Mantra: “ a challenge is either the ceiling of defeat – or the floor of an opportunity” provides the propellant for a team committed at all times to the delivery of excellence in AZ The Right Place.
Steven Losinske, like Billingslea is an Associate Broker. Losinske clients value his 20 years of AZ real estate experience which began in new construction, evolving from traditional resale on thru Short Sales and REO.
