Critical forward thinking and planning
Sandi serves clients and guides the team utilizing her 24 years of real estate experience and drawing skills from her diverse background. Billingslea has a Master’s degree in social work bringing the valuable negotiating and facilitating skills to today’s complex and challenging real estate market. Billingslea led the University of Michigan’s development of a managed health care system, working with the Chairs of all the clinical departments as well as the medical center staff. In this role she worked with the ‘Big 10’ to rethink their core values on the implementation of integrated, proactive medical care – considered to be ahead of its time.
Sandi’s valuable experiences served her well in real estate performance, consistently closing 100 + transactions a year; training agents, managing brokerages and coaching on a national basis.
In 2010, she left real estate management to reenter the day to day hands on client consultation and representation. Why in such a troubled time? It is her first love.
